Executive Assistant - Hybrid! - Immediate start!

Ackerman Pierce are currently supporting a Birmingham based NHS Trust who are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join them on an intitial term of 3 months.
HYBRID WORKING
37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
3 Days on site, 2 working remotely.
The post-holder will provide a comprehensive business support service to the Executive Director(s) and assist the Executive Team in achieving the trusts aims and objectives maintaining the highest standards of customer care at all times. Each EA will support (a) named Director(s) but will be expected to provide flexible cross-cover for EA colleagues as required.
Experience/Skills required:
Substantial experience of working at a similar levelSubstantial experience of formal high level minute taking.Experience of working with Senior Managers, Executives and Boards.Experience and knowledge of administrative proceduresHigh standard of computer skills including highly proficient use of Outlook and Word. Competence in Office 365, Excel and PowerPoint.Project management skillsExcellent verbal and written language and proof reading skills.Ability to produce error -free documents, including correct spelling, punctuation and grammar.Ability to compose a wide - range of written communications, including analysing and summarising informationHigh level skills for communicating complex and sensitive information with a broad range of contacts including Director(s) , clinical staff, patients and members of the publicNegotiating, networking and persuasive skillsExcellent planning, prioritising, organisation and time management skillsAttention to detail This is an urgent requirement, due to the nature of the assignment, experience is essential!
