FT Recruitment are working alongside a fantastic Recruitment Agency who are looking for a Professional and focused Education Recruitment Consultant in the to join their highly established client base in the Birmingham area.
Salary will depend on the individual's experience
Job Role:
You will be working within a team, focusing on:
* Focusing on the end to end recruitment process ensuring quality throughout
* Sourcing quality candidates from adverts response, social media, marketing and in-house database
* Headhunting - Identifying and approaching suitable candidates
* Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed
* Business development - via cold calling, client visits & net working
