We have a furnished, spacious, modern and uncluttered double bedroom with its own bathroom on the same floor - with sole use - but not en-suite, in our family eco-home.

We are a couple (57 & 55) and have 1 professional female tenant (25). Our daughter (20) will return from Uni for the summer and Xmas. But don't worry, there are enough bathrooms... ;)
This is a clean and quiet household near Preston Park, 5 minutes from Preston Park station (to London), 2 minutes from the park and on the 5B route to town or Sussex Uni. It comprises a modern kitchen and bathroom, The room has underfloor heating, triple glazing, a sofa, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a desk.

Bills, council tax, and cleaner included. We work from home. The living room is not shared. Please note this room is NOT for a couple.

This will suit a tidy and hard-working female student or female Intern who appreciates their own privacy. It is a good calm environment to get your head down and work.
We would love someone who cares about recycling and the environment in general. The room can be viewed with some notice.
