Digital Project Manager

LHH is partnering with a leading-edge fashion footwear retailer who are currently looking for a Digital Project Manager within their Ecommerce Project Team. The role will mainly be focussed on ensuring the fluid and efficient execution of new business initiatives across the Online and Digital portfolio, including web, apps, mobile & in store ordering. The ideal candidate will be central to all projects and be responsible for are understood, briefed and delivered within time and budget. Responsibilities include: Organizing and delivery of full life-cycle ecommerce projects within an e-commerce environment. Current projects due for delivery in the next six months include new Apps, fit analytics solutions and website redesigns. Creating specific and comprehensive requirements documents for all projects Oversee and manage internal and external resources: Including external development & technical resources, internal testing resource 3rd Party supplier management, manage successful delivery and integration of 3rd party systems. Managing Project Initiation and Service Introduction Maintaining strict budget guidelines Utilising appropriate best practice project management techniques Managing the delivery of the change to meet business goals Collaborating stakeholders to achieve business buy-in Consistent, daily, weekly and monthly updates of live and future projects and initiatives Skills & Experience required: A full life-cycle Project delivery background with a portfolio of Ecommerce / digital projects in a retail environment. Ideally 4+ years experience is required Individually managed multiple major projects successfully simultaneously involving a large amount of systems, business and technical changes Ability to handle multiple projects / work streams concurrently Capability to work on cross-functional multi-tasked projects, managing internal and external relationships Intermediate knowledge of sources of project complexity Applicable project management qualifications or training ideally in Prince2 and AGILE methodologies, but can be others. Experience managing external partners and 3rd parties Good relationship building skills with key personnel across all business functions and external partners/agencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Extensive knowledge of the retail sector Knowledge of retail systems (CRM, POS, payment processing and ERP) would be ideal but not non-negotiable Understanding and experience of Jira & SAP is beneficial
