Order Despatch Administrator – Expanding Tech Company – St Ives, Cambridgeshire – up to GBP26k + benefits
A great administration role has become available as an Order Despatch Administrator at an expanding technology company in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, the role requires good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy and a proactive, hard working nature.Whilst not a necessity for the role, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) language skills would be beneficial.
Main duties as the Order Despatch Administrator will include:
Main point of contact in the UK for email / phone call enquiriesExtensive liaison with customersMaintaining the internal customer databaseProcessing and despatching customer ordersEnsuring import duty payments are madeRegular checks of despatched orders and liaising with couriers to resolve delays / queriesAssisting the Office Manager with general office and finance administration What we're looking for:
Previous administration experience in an office environment is desirableExcellent communication skills and a positive telephone mannerGood IT literacyAttention to detail and high level of accuracyFlexible attitudeAbility to work in a small team and independentlyDesire to progress and learn new skillsEnthusiastic to learn and progressChinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) language skills are beneficial Interested in this Order Despatch Administrator role?
