Dental Administrator
40 Hours Per week Mon-Friday (1 Saturday in 8)
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dental Administrator to join an innovative and forward thinking company. If you have had previous experience of working within an administrative or reception job within a dentist practice, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcoming patients into the dental practice.
• Helping patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation.
• Maintain a professional front of house/reception area.
• Answer and manage incoming calls and emails
• Scheduling and cancelling patient appointments including confirming upcoming appointments.
• Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
• Informing patients of financial treatment plan options.
• Check daily appointment schedule and enter all relevant patient information into data system.
• Verify and update patient information.
• Arrange patient charts and forms for next day appointments.
• Maintain a professional front of house/reception area.
• Cashing up at the end of the day
