Job Title: Dealer Account Manager (office based)
Salary: GBP25,000pa to GBP28,000pa + approx. GBP5,000 On Target bonus
Working hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (some Saturdays may be occasionally required depending on date of any Dealer Demonstration requests)
The Role:
Support new and existing Approved Dealer Network, Master Trade Operators and international resellersSupport the sale of tools, equipment, licenses/subscriptions and protocols and File Keys CreditsPresent business products and servicesReview under–performing dealers and areas of under–performance and to develop performance improvement plans and obtain customer commitment to deliverySupport Dealer & Trade focused marketing eventsHelp to organise and support Dealer training events including online training, webinars and international eventsWork diligently and accurately to update and maintain customer records in the business CRM SystemsGrow product knowledge and benchmark products and services being offered by competitors in the industry Responsible for
Stock Management utilising the company's inventory systems and processes.Lead & Customer Account ManagementInvoicing & payment processingDealer Productivity Report ProductionArrange Dealer product and services demonstrations – face–to–face and onlineOrganise and host onsite Dealer Events – including administration, entertainment and refreshmentsDealer appointments and Account set–upAssociated Dealer Account Management and ReportingDealer Performance ReportingFile Key Credit Maintenance & File Usage MonitoringManage Dealer software license renewalsDevelop Dealer business opportunitiesUpsell equipmentSale and Support of the Company's Technical Academy Training CoursesSupport Development of Dealer Sales PromotionsProactively offer promotions when availableLog, manage and work toward resolving any Dealer related concerns or complaints – report and solicitor support from relevant Teams in the businessManage tool and equipment stock for DealersPack and ship tools equipment and ancillaries including ECUsManage Supplier Relationships to associated Tools and EquipmentControl of incoming and outgoing goods, packages and stock, including import and exportArrange / book shipment of goodsGenerate customer invoices, estimates, sales orders, purchase orders and any Dealer Account relevant paperwork.Organise finance proposals via the designated Finance ProviderImplement and manage bespoke and signed off split payment agreements Skills
