Roles & Responsibilities
1ST/2nd/3rd line support of Dynamics AX/D365 F&OAnalysing and troubleshooting system issuesGathering and documenting business requirementsAssisting in project implementation support – development, testing, training Skillset
Previous experience supporting Dynamics AX or D365 F&OFinance, Operations or Supply Chain Management module exposureAbility to troubleshoot AX issues through to resolutionStrong communication skills, both verbal and written Benefits
