A Luxury Hair Extensions Company, looking for an Order Fulfilment Assistant to join their fast paced team to assist in the day to day sales fulfilment and customer service to their ever-growing clientele, primarily salon owners and hair extension stylists.
This role is an exciting opportunity for the person who wants to develop and be able to make this role their own. Their ideal candidate would be bright, articulate, confident and have a positive attitude with ability to use their own initiative. Although not essential, an interest in aspects of Hair and Beauty would help greatly to flourish in the role.
They are seeking a candidate with excellent customer service attitude, patience, a good eye for detail and an individual who enjoys a different challenge from day to day.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 10.00am - 4.30pm with a starting annual salary of £18,000 - £20,000
Duties will include:
- Picking Hair Extensions stocks
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors at their showroom
- Preparation of Invoices
- Liaising with clients and dealing with queries
- Tracking deliveries for their clients
- Data entry and filing of client contacts
- Speaking with existing clientele
- Opportunities to present at regular Trade shows

The office is in Harold Hill, on a main bus route only minutes from Romford Train Station. Staff parking is also available.
