Customer Service Advisor, Lettings / Build to Rent Sector - London

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm / 5.30pm Core responsibilities will typically include: Be the first point of contact providing knowledge of buildings and lettings by phone / email. Qualify all incoming leads to ensure prospective tenants are eligible to rent. Book apartment viewings for the Lettings Negotiators. Contact existing customers in database / on wait lists to book property viewings. Liaise with Lettings Negotiators and onsite teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. To provide exceptional service to all potential residents. Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Used to managing a high volume of customer queries by phone & email. Proficient in Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication skills. Strong administration and organisational skills. Keen interest in a career in the property industry, specifically Lettings / Build to Rent Sector. Availability to work an occasional Saturday maybe required during the launch phase, if so, an extra day off during the week would be given)
