Our client is an established and highly successful manufacturing company based in the Sunderland area. They are currently looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below

Liaise with customers daily to confirm requirements and ensure 100% customer satisfaction and processing of orders.Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information and guidance.Take complaints from any customers and report them accordingly.Liaise with the Transport department to ensure the prompt delivery of goods and to keep customers up to date with delivery schedules.Liaise with Sales Account ManagersLiaise with the Operations team to communicate stock demand.Support the other Customer Care Coordinators in their day-to-day tasks and advise where necessary.Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 5pm Friday 9am - 4pm About you;
Excellent communication skillsAbility to manage, prioritise & complete own workload to strict deadlinesTeam PlayerGood IT skillsAbility to work under pressureExcellent attention to detailAccurate data input skillsOpen to giving ideas to always be improving our servicesAbility to problem solveGood telephone mannerPrevious administration experience desired
