Cort earth 200 all solid acoustic guitar

Cort earth 200 dreadnought acoustic guitar. This has solid Sitka spruce top, solid mahogany back and sides, mahogany neck, Grover tuners, bone nut and saddle and has been fitted with Gibson brite 9-42 strings. The serial number indicates it was made in 2007 but was not purchased till 2013. It has been played very little and is in perfect mint condition. The tone is unbelievably good and the sustain is incredible right up the neck.The certificate shows it was professionally set up when bought from Richards guitars and cost £325. es with a Liteflite hard case which cost £125 . All in all a beautiful guitar and incredible value. Cash on collection preferred.
