I am looking for a Bass player to join in on some Jam sessions.
You could be a student learning, maybe someone who plays but does not get enough time to play loud and thrash it out.
Or like me have a young family who misses gigging and playing loud, sometimes music IS the best therapy.
I am lucky to have a handful of guitar buddies that switch instruments to help me jam out song ideas, they do this out of kindness and love. I am grateful.
I'm constantly writing new songs and like to hear them with a band and not just sang acoustically.
In return I cover the cost of the rehearsal space and can chauffeur you depending on location as part of the pay off.
We use an excellent studio on a Sunday down the M3 40 mins outside of London where the rooms and kit are great.
We are all fans of great music and an affable bunch.
The songs are guitar based, drums bass guitars and sometimes keys. The songs are not in any odd time stamps or ridiculous arrangements all that is need is some feel and grit.
Some of my preffered bass styles are Badger, Macca, M Anthony, Mendel, Novoselic. Lynott.
This will not lead to gigging or involve any payment, as stated it could we suit someone who is returning to playing or wants some extra practice.
I will need a sample of your playing to understand skill level.
