Hamilton Barnes has experienced huge growth in the last seven years, going from 2 to 110 heads with the aim of increasing to 200 by 2024.
Due to our growth, we are now recruiting two Contractor Compliance Officers who will be the main point of contact for all contractors.
You will be joining an exciting team with huge growth ahead, where there will be the opportunity to build out a team!
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Main point of contact for all contractors
* Manage relationships with contractors
* Complete background checks
* Reporting to clients and answering questions on the audit and statutory financial statements
* Assisting in monthly payroll reports
* You’ll need to provide pliance and conduct oversight of Hamilton Barnes internal infrastructur
* Providing conduct related guidance and advice on the development of products,services and supporting technologies including an assessment of related regulatoryrisks.
* Identifying, managing, and escalating conduct risks and risk themes within the business
* Demonstrating ownership of issues and breaches, ensuring they are logged andtracked to conclusion and escalated to senior management where appropriate
* Reporting on a regular basis to the Directors on auditing and internal portal payment
* SystemReview of audit finalization documents including financial statements and reports to management.
Skills and Qualification Requirements:
* Phone and email etiquette

* Good attention to detail
* Dynamic
* Strong written and munication skills
* Previous administration experience desired
* Graduate preferred, not essential
