Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a similar fresh food environmentAbility to run a sectionA flexible approach to their responsibilities and the ability to cover shifts as requiredA passion for food and fresh ingredientsImpeccable hygiene and health & safety standardsHaving your own reliable transport to a location on the outskirts of Welwyn Garden City is essential.All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
