Commercial Finance Analyst - FMCG

You will be working within the EMEA Commercial finance team (a team of 5) and collaborating across other teams in the business including Marketing, Operations and FP&A. This role is heavily focused on the pricing element, therefore you must have experience within the following areas; customer negotiations, new product launches, price increases, promotion evaluations and Price/Mix variance analysis.

Description
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Business Partnering - annual customer negotiations, updating tools and building on P&LsRevenue Growth - Trade Terms collection, RRSP and Price Increase guidelines, Pre & Post promotion activities, and NPD analysisKey stakeholder of S&OP process - analysing forecasted volumes and communicating these across teamsResponsible for Budgeting, Estimates, identifying Risks and Opportunities, Volume Price/Mix analysis, and presenting at monthly business review meetingsDelivering regional presentations to key stakeholders both internal and external - providing the key insightsAd-hoc financial support across wider teams including Marketing and Insights Profile
The successful candidate will need
Part-qualified in ACCA or CIMA with few exams remainingExperience within a Commercial Finance role (where pricing is heavily involved)Well-developed analytical skillsTo be self-motivated and can thrive in a fast-paced environmentA high-level of self-management and can deliver good results to tight deadlinesStrong MS Excel skills e.g. pivot tables, vlookups, SUMIFs (macros desired but not essential) Job Offer
