As a Clinical Trial Assitant, you will play a key role in improving the lives of patients by accelerating the development of our customers' drugs and devices through innovative solutions. You will work as a dedicated resouce to an innovative and global Biotechnology company, who pride themselves on being one of the world's leading independent biotechnology companies. They focus on areas with unmet medical need with the ambition to help reduce the social and economic burden of diseases in society today. What you will be doing: Study start-up activities, including creating site folders, collating, preparing and maintaining (e) SIP documents, updating systems Liaising with clinical sites to collect, review and track feasibility questionnaires Coordinating and maintaining local data into study management systems including setting up new studies in eClinical Organise and participate in Investigator meetings and monitor workshops as required within budget guidelines Orders, processes and tracks Case Report Forms (CRF) and follows up on query resolution if required to do so Interacts with Clinical Research Services Manager for project or study related work Supports the execution of clinical studies Responsible for study start up activities Tracks study related documents Promotes operational and scientific excellence Identifies opportunities and best practices with local and regional partners that will contribute to overall operational effectiveness This is a permanent position with salary dependent on experience. You will be working from our Cambridge office with the flexibility to work from home one day a week. You are: Holder of a Bachelor's degree ideally within health sciencesor qualified nurse A clinical trial coordinator or administrator with a passion for clinical research Able to work efficiently and accurately with MS Office and EDC systems Able to work with different electronic systems to coordinate clinical trials with excellent and accurate attention to detail when entering data onto systems/database Holding a valid, current UK working eligibility Why ICON?
