This important position will provide essential telephone and online support to customers, whilst maintaining excellent relationships. Handle and process incoming sales orders and enquiries as well as managing the Customer Services incoming telephone calls as needed.
The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing a reliable and positive telephone support to customers, receiving incoming sales orders and enquiries by telephone, email and Webchat, or from verbal instructions, entering details onto the ERP system. Discussing discrepancies with the customer, handling customer queries and complaints, tracking and monitoring order progress, keeping the CRM system updated and accurate.
Other responsibilities will include maintaining excellent customer relationships, accurate data entry and customer satisfaction. Timely and effective communication with colleagues and other departments will be an essential part of this role.
Applicants will need to demonstrate an excellent and positive telephone manner combined with the ability to communicate well both internally and externally, a calm and courteous manner even under pressure, and accuracy of data entry.
It is expected that you will be able to provide evidence of Customer Service experience in a similar position. This is a 'front line' role and to their customers, you are their contact-point and they will expect you to understand them, to help them and, if there is a problem, to resolve it quickly and competently.
Attention to detail and accuracy is important, as well as a responsible and diligent attitude.
