Cleaner, 8 hour a week, for detail cleaning and outdoor patio cleaning

CLEANER 8h/week FOR OUTDOOR CLEANING AND INDOOR DEEP AND DETAIL CLEANING.
Salary: £16/hour, 8h a week
The best arrangement of the hours during the week can be discussed with the candidate, but it needs to be EITHER 1 day of 8h, OR 2 days of 4h each day in the afternoons.
During these 8h/week your scope of work will be mostly, but not exclusively:
- cleaning the outdoor area, front and back patio, removal of leaves from the garden, cleaning the outdoor furniture and sheds, cleaning the glass door and windows on lower and ground floor.
- indoor deep and detail cleaning, which may vary each week. Examples will be: cleaning inside wardrobes, top of shelves, books and objects, pending lamps, metals, shower grout, attic, etc. It will be agreed weekly which detail cleaning will be required.
- you will also help the current housekeeper to move some of the furniture to enable cleaning under it.
The person I am looking for needs to have experience delivering a high quality cleaning work of this type in a household with very high standards, needs to be knowledgeable what kind of products and tools to use and what not to use, needs to be well organised, manage time well, have a mindset to care for the detail, be a perfectionist and willing to proactively learn new things to excel at work.
Please note the job will require to be on top of ladder as the house has a high ceiling and a ladder will often be necessary to reach the places that will need this type of cleaning.
The candidate needs to speak good English and have the documentation to work in the UK.
References will be required.
