Certified antique fine art lithograph of bala lake by day & hague

Hi this is a high quality mounted and framed fine art lithograph of bala lake. Snowdonia. Wales.
It is a lithograph print of a drawing by artist LHague originally drawn on stone.
The transfer to lithograph was carried out and produced by Day & Hague who were the official lithographers to queen Victoria.
The piece is certified on rear to be antique and to be a minimum of 120 years old.
It states on rear to be circa 1850 but day and hague only existed as pany appointed to the queen from 1837 to 1845 as thereafter and following the death of Hague in 1845 they were known as Day & Son so it is more likely to be from that period so circa 1840.
There is a hand written certification to rear of piece which gives details of the piece and a stamp of authenticity and guarantee that the antique is over 120 years old.
The actual drawing measures approx 10 inches wide by 7 and a half inches tall (26cm x 19cm) but including mount and frame the whole piece measures approx 20 inches by 17.5 inches (52cmx45cm).
