Catering Manager - Manchester

Adecco are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager in Atherton on a temporary basis to start as soon as possible for a few weeks
Duties:
Provide a quality service to meet the school's requirements
Lead and develop the catering team
Maintain knowledge of current food trends, food safety and hygiene standards and health and safety regulations
Promote healthy eating and encourage students with the menus
Inspect, maintain and replace kitchen equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
To carry out any other duties that may be within the nature of the role
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
An Enhanced DBS Certificate is essential for this role.
