Care Assistant / Carer Required

Our client is currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant/Carer to join their team in London.
No experience required as training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Monitor and record clients' physical and emotional well-being and report any changes to the supervisor.
Administer medication and perform basic medical procedures under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding clients as needed.
Assist clients with mobility issues, including transferring to and from beds, wheelchairs or mobility aids.
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and actively engage them in activities to promote mental and physical stimulation.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient approach to care.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
