This is an 8 birth with 3 separate bedrooms and is on the Meadow View area of the Golden Palm Resort at Chapel St. Leonards.

Please note that there is a strict no smoking policy at this caravan.
Heating is by gas fire or the electric heaters provided.

Pet Friendly.
We have a dog that enjoys his time at the coast and we understand that taking your four legged friend is a must for some people so we allow a well behaved dog to go with you.

WIFI.
Free WIFI is provided in this caravan to meet streaming needs and regular internet usage.

Outside space.
There is a good sized south facing decking at the front which runs the full length down the side as well. There is a nice set of rattan patio furniture for sitting out on a fine evening, or any time the Sun is putting in a decent appearance as the front area catches the Sun all day when it’s a nice day.

Well equipped kitchen.
Oven with separate grill and four hobs (all gas), fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric can opener, pans, oven trays, oven gloves and all utensils, crockery and cutlery. We also supply a hair dryer, a clothes airer and an ironing board and iron.
You just need your own towels and tea towels.

Lounge area.
There is a gas fire and lots of seating. The very modern Smart T.V. with apps built in for Youtube, Netflix, etc. has full connectivity to personal devices and to the readily available WIFI.
In the new lift up lid coffee table is a selection of family orientated games and pastimes for in between your trips out and about in the area, or to the beach.

Bathroom.
The bathroom has a standard toilet, wash basin with storage unit beneath, and a really great shower.

Bedrooms.
There are 3 separate bedrooms which are made up of one fixed double and two twin rooms. There is a quick and easy to set up, fold out double in the living room area as well plete the sleeping areas.
All quilts and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.

Position in park.
The caravan is only 10 minutes walk from the beach and is towards the rear of the site next to the exclusive owners only Holmes Mere part of the park. There is a secondary entrance to the park just yards away off Skegness Road where you e and go freely without having to drive through the rest of the site.
We are situated on a plot with car parking spaces available right in front of the decking area. Just a stroll away from the onsite entertainments including the heated indoor fun pool, the slots and bingo, and the Club Tropicana, which hosts some of the best turns in the business nightly.
From the front decking you can see the nearest tennis courts, multi sports area and a children's play area (this is just behind the nearest row of caravans)
There are many other great pubs and places to eat close by with various onsite takeaways just over the road from the main entrance. More entertainments, pubs and places to eat around five to ten minutes walk away on Trunch Lane also.
The onsite ducks from one of the lakes a couple of minutes away visit every morning to see what they can get which is nice for the young children.
There is some great fishing in the general area, including for guests on the 3 onsite lakes. This is on a day ticket basis at £5 per day taken on the bank. The nearest lake which is two minutes walk away holds lots of tench and carp and silver fish. Fishing is allowed on site at a sociable 9a.m.– 6p.m. only.

On the edge of the caravan site there is a bus stop with direct links to Skegness or to Ingoldmells to visit Fantasy Island or the local markets.

Payments.
There is a £50 deposit that must be paid when booking to secure your chosen dates. This can be paid in numerous ways, please get in touch for details.
This £50 then acts as a care bond and is returned within 48 hours of our guests leaving once the cleaner has been in and done their duties.

The full balance can be paid at any time up to six weeks before your chosen start date. Failure to do this can result in the chosen dates being re-advertised. I will always contact and remind people about this if and when necessary.

Any bookings made at short notice within 6 weeks of the start date need to be paid in full or a payment plan agreed at the time of making the booking.

Check in time is 4p.m.
Check out time is 10a.m.

We are novices at hiring out a caravan so we appreciate constructive criticism and positive feedback alike. If anyone would like to leave ments regarding their stay they are very e to do so. We can only make things better for our guests through information provided by them.
