Characterised by their brightness achieved via dual aspect large windows and clean walls, paired with the depth of the space, our large studios range up to 936 square feet and provide the perfect base for an ambitious creative brand of up to 38 team members looking to benefit from an unrivalled sense of privacy and peacefulness.

Like all Eat Work Art studios, these spaces can be tailored to meet your requirements and would be suitable for a variety of uses.

These workspaces are ideal for those in the creative industries including Architecture, Art, Digital Design, Fashion, Publishing, Photography, Media Production and more.

Benefitting from high ceilings and plentiful natural light through beautiful original arched windows, these slick spaces provide a sense of spaciousness with their open plan setting.
