We are looking to recruit an experienced and skilled butcher for this unique concept in the heart of Marlow. As one of the teams butchers you will be knowledgeable in your trade, being able to offer advice to customers of different cuts of meat as well as cook for any customers wishing to eat in the grill.
The Place
A unique venue owned by a well known chef proprietor. The site offers a traditional butchery shop within a village pub currently serving the best grills in town! They also have a 40+ cover restaurant and outside courtyard space for guests to enjoy great food and a choice of beers, ales and wines!

The ideal Butcher will have the following:
be a skilled butcherHappy to prepare meat into forms ready for cooking using a variety of actions, including boning, tying, grinding, cutting and trimming.Be able to educate customers on different selections and types of poultry, pork, beef and fishSomeone that can follow their high standards of food hygiene and follow health & safety guidelines.Excellent standard of personal appearanceWarm and friendly dispositionGenuine desire to serve guestsHappy working shifts- hours as requiredC&E Recruitment is a specialist hospitality recruitment agency.
