Type: Permanent
Salary: GBP35,000–GBP40,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Birmingham
A highly respected Insurance company with an office based in Birmingham is recruiting a Business Performance Analyst to join the product and proposition team. The focus of this role is to ensure that advisors understand products suitability for their customers.
Responsibilities:
Report performance to stakeholdersPrepare and distribute monthly data reports for business stakeholders internal and external.Analyse and review usage working with the Product and Proposition ManagerMake recommendations and observations on monthly performance data.Manipulate data in Excel (V–Lookups/ Pivot tables/ Macros)Supervise and coach a small team. Experience and attributes required:
Strong Excel skills– EssentialConfident communicating with stakeholders– EssentialExperience supervising/leading a team– Desirable. Experience using data sets within professional services environment– This is a great opportunity to join a fast–growing and well–known business!
