We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join their team and help connect some of the world's biggest brands to the most inspirational people for events and development programmes. With over 700 high-profile speakers and mitment to rewarding those mit to their goals and vision, this is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to make their mark.
As our Business Development Consultant, you will:
- Generate, identify, and convert new sales leads
- Build solid relationships with clients and speakers
- Maximise our returns by cross-selling and up-selling our propositions
- Utilise our own warm, senior-level database to generate and develop leads into new clients
- Prepare proposals and contracts while utilizing your ability to negotiate and influence
- Develop contacts and network to provide fresh data and discover new leads
- Manage and develop relationships with our clients
- Engage with our marketing team to support business development
- Work to monthly and annual targets
- Work closely with the admin support team to delegate logistical tasks for each booking
You'll be joining a team of high-performing individuals who thrive in a constantly changing working environment where decisions happen quickly and demands e thick and fast. You'll need to be:

In return for your hard work, we offer:
- Basic Salary £25k - £27k
- OTE £40k - £50k
