Collate monthly and weekly timesheets
Process and submit monthly and weekly payroll including statutory year end returns and P60s.
Using Xero and QuickBooks software for bookkeeping
Invoice processing
Processing expense requests
Cash book maintenance
Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
Banks reconciliation
Raising sales invoices
Basic administration.
Weekly & Monthly report P&L report
