Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week (flexible hours considered)
Salary: based on experience, but exceeds Oxford Living Wage
Person Specification
A Bookings Manager at House of Fun will:
be able to demonstrate strong people skills have munication and organisation skills be polite, patient and punctual be effective at working in a team be a flexible thinker so they can find solutions to challenges that may arise have the ability to reflect on their work municate feedback to colleagues show a flexible approach to working hours, given that some evening and weekend work will be required from time to time
Job Specification
A Bookings Manager at House of Fun will:
promote the values and ethos of House of Fun at all times be experienced in managing booking and payment systems, scheduling software and Google Docs (full training in our administration systems will be provided) munications with House of Fun customers (parents, schools, external agencies, etc) keep up to date records munications with customers and partners support colleagues to deliver high-quality, fun workshops and activities report regularly to colleagues take part in necessary training linked to the role
