There's are one long piece of elasticated fabric and once it is on it hold your baby nice and snug and because it is an all over body fit you don't even notice it is on. You can also tuck your baby's head in the wrap so it's not bouncing around when they are asleep.
The instruction of how to wrap are available online (youtube) videos and really easy to follow.
