Brand new in box genuine classic Burlington T13-QT quarter turn basin mixer tap body with plug and chain (no tap heads or base with this - you buy those separately from whichever Burlington range you prefer).
Cost me £245 one year ago - brought brand new for an en-suite conversion which never happened, stored ever since. You cannot find better for less!
Fine for low or high water pressure. Absolutely beautifully made - chrome finish, brass tap bodies, 150mm high
BS 5412:1996 Specification for low-resistance single taps bination tap assemblies (nominal size 1 and 3) suitable for operation at PN 10 max. and a minimum flow pressure of 0.01 MPa (0.1 bar) BS EN 200:2008 Sanitary tapware. Single taps bination taps for water supply systems of type 1 and type 2.
Box has got a little damp in storage so has seen better days - but contents all untouched and as they were bought new, direct from the manufacturer.
