BMW R100 - scrambler project - good running condition - 40000 miles

Re-advertised due to time-waster.
BMW R100, ongoing scrambler bike project. Originally a R100RS model.
Bike is in good mechanical condition, and runs well.
Registered as a historic vehicle (exempt road tax, exempt MoT)
Bike has been virtually totally re-wired, with original 1980s wiring replaced with modern automotive wiring.
Modifications include:
Original switchgear retained, but all wiring replaced with modern wiring.
Motogadget bluetooth mo.unit.blue installed to simplify all switchgear, and allow customisation of controls. Bluetooth connection with mobile phone allows keyless ride function (uses mo.ride app).
Motogadget mo.blaze rear indicators. (No front indicators, but wiring fitted for front indicators.)
Velona Daytona electronic speedometer, with electronic speed pick-up from gearbox to replace original mechanical drive. (analogue speedometer - calibrated with GPS, digital tachometer, odometer, trip 1/trip2, voltage, L/R indicators, N indicator, oil pressure warning)
Front braided HEL brakes lines.
Chrome headlight and brackets.
New ABM handlebars.
BMW GS mirrors.
Monza fuel filler cap.
New rear subframe and seat.
New tail-light/brake light unit.
Still on my to-do list: front indicators, new mudguards, short-pipe exhausts.
Gel battery.
Understood to have had new starter motor fitted 2020.
Minor chips to tank paintwork due to contact with original seat (visible in photographs).
Dent to rear of left exhaust pipe (visible in photograph).
Vehicle history:
Manufactured October 1980, first registered 16 Feb 1981.
MoT exempt from 2021. Registered as a historic vehicle May 2022 (tax exempt).
9 former keepers.
Mileage history: believed to have approximately 40000 true miles - wear on throttle grip, foot pegs matches. Understood to have had new speedo fitted in 1996 following failure of original unit.
