BMW 520d SE Touring F11, manual

I purchased this car from a private individual last November. The car was described to me as running and driving perfectly. Although the car runs and drives OK and there are no fault warning lights showing it has come to light that it requires some mechanical work which I am not able to proceed with so I am reluctantly selling.
Please read the advert in full which explains the problem areas further below.

Good points

Bodywork is in very good condition. A few small blemishes on the rear bumper and some minor damage to the clear coat on the front bumper and bonnet, base coat is fine.

Significant mechanical work has been completed recently with paperwork to support. Timing chains replaced September 2022 (only around 2k miles ago). Clutch and flywheel replaced around 11k miles ago. EGR valve in 2018.

SE model but has higher spec than most with adaptive xenon headlights, soft close doors, electric mirrors, privacy glass, sat nav, Bluetooth (calls and music), front and rear parking sensors, 7 Spoke Star Alloys, adjustable drivers lumbar support, heated front seats.

Regarding service history this was described to me as full-service history but, the previous owner appears to have serviced himself for around the last 5 years as the stamps in the book stop at around that time, however there are receipts for oil and filers to back this up.

Oyster leather interior is in excellent condition with barely a mark on it.

IMPORTANT to note:

There is a light to moderate drone/whine from the rear of the car when accelerating in the higher gears. I have been informed by a mechanic that this is likely to be the pinion bearings in the rear differential and that the rear diff will need rebuilding or replacing with a good used unit soon. It was also recomended to me that the turbo is tired and will need replacement soon.

One rear parking sensor is temperamental sometimes activating with nothing there, should be a simple fix.
