Boost your frying with the natural gas powered Blue Seal GT46 free standing twin tank gas fryer. Boasting a powerful infra-red burner system and offering rapid recovery speeds, the Blue Seal is able to fry up to 31kg of chips an hour, improving your product output to ensure your service always runs smoothly during peak periods.
The dual tank design enables you to use only one tank during quieter periods, helping to significantly reducing running costs when demand is lower. The twin tank build also helps to reduce the risk of cross contamination when frying, ensuring a more hygienic cooking process and less flavour transfer.
