Beautiful camper bespoke craftsman conversion

Sadly for me but luckily for someone else I am selling my beloved bespoke camper conversion. This conversion was carried out by a craftsman from Wales and you can see the robustness and attention to detail of the interior. The van has had £4000 spent on it mechanically with the brakes being completely refitted discs pads etc in 2021.
Also the van has a fully re engineered/refurbished engine from TPUK in nNovember which comes with a 12000 mile 12 month warranty. This work comes complete with all the paperwork guaranteed receipts for servicing mots etc. The van has 4 good year efficient cargo grip tyres, all other mechanics are good my garage always comment how clean and structurally rust free underneath is, which is a small miracle in a 2010 plate transit. I have lots of servicing paperwork etc. There is a full 12 month mot from 8/3/23 with only one advisory item. The van has gone through last two mots clean as a whistle.
Inside the van has two burner gas hob and working sink, a wardrobe loads and loads of clever storage, garage underneath cupboards kitchen drawers storage boxes all handmade. The van has a very large 6ft double bed which can easily sleep two adults and a small child, the side seat can also be used as a shorter bed. 12 volt spots relay charger phone charging ports, also extension lead with camp site connector at one end and 240 sockets at other end so you can hook up while on site. The detail around the windows is beautiful with the joiners using some Welsh oak insets. I also had a custom made double spring and memory foam mattress for the rear bed, which could be bought separately
The cab is clean tidy standard transit cab with CD aux electric windows alarm etc.
All in this is a beautiful clean sturdy family van which will give someone many years and many miles of trouble free motoring.
There are a few dents dinges and scratches on the body and paintwork to look at nothing major. The drivers door check strap is loose and if not careful the drivers door can open too far.
