Baseboard for Model Train Layout, Newly Made, 8ftx4ft (£225)

For Sale: 8ft x 4ft elevated base board x 3’ 7” high
Extremely well engineered newly handmade base board for model prised of three equal sections which could be configured in a number of ways.
Each section measures 4’ 0” wide, 2’ 8” deep, 3’ 7” height (making 8x4ft total).
Each section is made from a pinewood frame, an OSB wooden top with XPS foam glued to it, and four legs.
The sections are aligned using DCC Concepts Dowels and then secured with four carriage bolts and butterfly nuts.
Legs are held in position by two carriage bolts, horizontal braces and diagonal braces making a very sturdy construction.
Each brace is held in place with multiple screws.
Each leg has a height adjustable foot.
There is a small recess for an NCP Powercab control panel in one of the facias.
