This caravan has had one careful owner from new and is CRiS registered

It has been regularly serviced in our ownership and when not in use has been kept at home in the rear garden

The latest service carried out on 22nd September 2022 has verified that everything is working and has passed the damp proof testing of the floor.

Has a wrap-around lounge seating up front (or 2 draw cabinet with an extendable table top currently fitted) This area can be reconfigured to form a large double bed or 2 single beds

Off side centrally placed has a kitchen with a four-burner gas hob, grill and full oven, an eye level electric fitted microwave. The floor standing 107 litre Thetford fridge can run on mains electric, gas or battery. The sizable sink with hot and cold water supply is supplied from an onboard hot water tank and heater which can be run on mains electric or gas. Beyond the kitchen there Is a spacious double wardrobe and on the near side a five-seater dining area with table which can convert into another double bed sleeping area. This area can be cordon off by an extendable concertina door. At the rear of the caravan is an enclosed bathroom with toilet, wash basin and separate shower layout.

The heating is controlled by a trauma thermostatic temperature-controlled unit which has a fan assisted warm air heating system to warm the whole of the caravan including the end bathroom and can be run on gas or electric.

There is table top area above the trauma unit for housing a television with mains supply and aerial connection and above that a drinks cabinet

It has a fitted JVC radio/cd unit and JVC speakers.

LED Lighting has been introduced throughout on this model

Having been caravanning for over thirty years it'e to the time that the family have grown up and no longer participate in family holidays and as we are less able to manage the setting up and decamping, we are looking to take an easier option for future holidays.
