You won’t see these anywhere else.

Professionally converted and a perfect fit for the Audi S4, may fit other Audi’s using the same engine, note these will not fit the FSI engine after conversion.

The twisting and welding was done by a well known race car manufacturer and welded by the guy that hand makes the exhausts for their cars.

With his experience to rely on I confidently fitted these to my S4 in October 2014 and have been driving the car daily, both normal road driving and very hard driving show no issues at all.

These are a great upgrade and am confident in their fit with Plenty of clearance between the headers, chassis, floor pan, and any other structural parts so no heat transfer, no knocking, rattling or rubbing after all they were designed by Audi for the A4 chassis and have perfect clearance around ponents and body.

The standard manifolds are very restrictive, this mod will let the engine breath much better and give low and mid torque and more power up top along with an energetic sound, the RS4 free flow cat and full system will fit as OEM, therefore any RS4 upgrade will also now fit perfectly.

The flanges have been Laser cut, welded both inside and outside.

There was a slight mod for these to fit, only a little alternator water pipe needed to be modified, I have a description and pictures of this to assist the buyer in their fitting although an RS4 alternator mountain bracket and pulley tensioner should be used instead.

I decided to have more sets converted when I discovered the extra power this gives the engine without the loss of torque.

A fantastic mod that will bring the S4 V8 engine to life.
