Assistant Teaching and Learning Administrator - London

Our client, one of London's leading universities, is currently looking to recruit a Assistant Teaching and Learning Administrator to provide efficient and professional administrative support to line manager and other designated staff. This role is being offered on a full time temporary basis and will run for 4 months in the first instance.
Within this varied position, the post-holder will support for all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of students from enquiry to completion, incorporating supporting committees and processes relating to assessment, student and course/programme records.
You will assist in acting as a first point of contact for designated course/programme's for students in person, on the telephone and by email. You will also create and maintain student files and monitor and record student attendance.
To be considered for this role we are seeking candidates who have previous experience in a customer focused administration role, and are used to managing and prioritising and meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills are essential alongside having a keen eye for detail and good organisational abilities.
