Quest have partnered with a leading International Retailer that is well established in the lifestyle space with a reputation of launching innovative designs and leading technologies to both consumer and B2B markets.
They are on the lookout for an Assistant Manager to join their team in one of their concept stores in the Westend, central London.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be required to supervise the team of Retail Advisors with the aim of maximising the sales by actively engaging with customers & driving the customer experience within store.
As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for -
Learning the product knowledge of the tech, watches and gadgets in store stock in terms of seasonal ranges availability and technical informationSupporting the store team to achieve sales, KPIs and business profitBe a driving force for excellence in Customer Service, consistently looking for ways to improve with the teamCoaching and training the sales teamEffective management and control of all costs, stock, cash and security procedures, Be aware of your responsibilities and duties regarding Health & Safety Ensure all deliveries are accurately checked Visual Merchandising in line with company guidelinesAssisting with organisation of in-store events and brand activations in order to drive footfall to the storeEnsuring high standards of housekeeping in all areas of the store including the sales floor, stockroom and staff area To be successful in this Assistant Manager position -
Have 6 months + in a managerial, senior sales or supervisor capacity.Have retail experience within a customer focused environment such as shoes, watches, beauty, jewellery, fashion or accessoriesFlexibility as the store is open from 10am - 7pm.Have led a small team before Have had accountability of achieving KPIs'Be confident and personable with excellent problem-solving ability Benefits of this Assistant Manager position
