Assistant Manager - Glasgow

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced hospitality manager to join our established team at Velvet Sparrow, Cathcart.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years hospitality management experience, with a firm grasp of both food service and cocktail production.
We are a family run local establishment that prides itself on quality of service and attention to detail, while offering a friendly and professional environment for our staff to thrive. As an assistant manager you would take charge of service and ensure standards of service are met (and improved). Day to day duties include customer service, stock control, staff training, budget control, cash handling and other day to day essentials.
Personal license and food hygiene certificates would be desirable, as is an ability to show long term commitment to previous posts.
