They provide the very best service, and they would love your help to continue that process.Assistant Housing ManagerLocation: BuxtonHours: 37.5Shift Pattern: 9-5 Monday to FridaySalary and benefitsFor your hard work and commitment, you will be paid a salary of GBP23,659, (GBP12 per hour) and a very desirable employee package, including; buying and selling holiday, cycle to work scheme, flexible working, and so much more!Overview of the roleThe client is looking for a full-time Assistant Housing Manager to ensure all service users receive the high quality and response housing management service, reporting any safeguarding concerns in line with policy and procedure.Key Responsibilities - Not limited to;
Supporting with the running of an officeMaintaining all recordsManages emergency situationsOrganises lettings applications, arranges tenancies and manages the lettings procedureLiaises with local authority housing departmentProvides accurate benefit advice or facilitates such through a reputable external advisorLiaises with benefit agencies on behalf of residentsAssists Housing Manager to monitor Court expenditureRecruits, selects, and supervises all ancillary staff for housing roles, with guidance from the Housing Manager Required Skills, Experience, & Knowledge
Passion and desire to help people who are struggling with their tenancyProfessional or personal experience working with young people or adults with learning disabilities or mental health 1st Stage - Shortlisting & Pre-ScreeningIn the first stage I personally will review your CV.
