This role is needed on a full time permanent basis and job shares can not be considered at this time. All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
Teaching Qualification (QTS)
Relevant leadership experience (Must be able to provide 2 employment references)
Relevant knowledge of the current national curriculum
Proven track record of excellent creative and structured teaching within relevant key stages and/or special needs environment
Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
To work with the Headteacher in all aspects of leadership and management and to take responsibility for managing and developing learning and teaching, curriculum, careers & work experience, assessment and enrichment throughout the designated phases of the school.
Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
