Assistant Food and Beverage Services Manager
We're looking for an experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Services Manager to join the hotels F&B management team at this luxury hotel in Windsor. As Assistant F&B Services Manager you'll be providing excellent levels of service and a good knowledge of food and drink to the hotels guests in the Restaurant/Bar and Banqueting departments.
The Place
A 4-star riverside prised of several characterful buildings clustered around a historic cobbled street by Eton Bridge. The hotel has a riverside restaurant and lounge bar and is the perfect setting for both corporate and leisure guests.

The ideal Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will have the following:
A minimum of 2 years' experience as at least Assistant manager or higher in a quality 4 * hotels Operational experience in all F & B departments including Events & Weddings with a good knowledge of wines & spirits and a passion for fresh, quality food.Financial awareness with an understanding of Food & Beverage revenue streams & controls, including POS.Self-motivation and able to motivate others to achieve.The drive and ability to implement standard, policies and procedures and to ensure they are adhered to.A good understanding of all applicable Health & Safety legislation.An outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal skills, a professional manner and mand of written & All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
