Are you suffering from loss, bereavement, anxiety, depression, undefined anger or just general frustration? Often the situations in our lives can feel like they are out of our control and can have a negative effect on not only our outlook on life but also our mental and physical health.
How we react to these situations is invariably controlled by not only how we perceive the world currently but also by how we see ourselves due to a belief system ingrained in us by all our previous experiences.
By using a counselling technique that combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive responsibility and Shared experience I can introduce you to a revolutionary way of confronting, redefining and redirecting your established thought patterns giving you a new perspective on daily challenges as well as innovative techniques to actively change your behaviour and attitude towards these challenges making it easier to deal with them in a positive pro-active way in a drastically reduced timeframe when compared to conventional therapies.
Following a free 15 minute initial telephone consultation to establish a framework of priorities according to your requirements I will create a series of sessions designed specifically to your situation and goals.
Each subsequent session will be conducted online in either Zoom or a similar video conferencing platform and will be made up of 45 minutes of progressive counselling as well as a staged goal orientated technique for you to employ in your daily activities. While overall results may vary depending on your current situation I am utterly confident that by employing these techniques you will begin to see positive changes almost immediately and can completely change your behaviours positively within 5-10 sessions.
Following the initial free consultation, the sessions will be priced at 40 per session up to 10 sessions. While I am confident that the 10 sessions will be more than sufficient In the unlikely event that further sessions are required over and above the expected 10 sessions all subsequent sessions will charged at 20.
