Apprentice Property Manager

We're looking for a highly motivated individual to train as an Apprentice and become the next Property Manager to join our fantastic Lettings team in West Bromwich, You will be supported to manage a portfolio of properties and provide tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants and property management. Our commitment to continuous professional development is seen as critical to our success.We offer a clear, defined career path, support to study for relevant job qualifications and a fantastic reward and recognition scheme, all wrapped up in a fun and positive working environment.Key responsibilities of a skilled Property Manager (you will be working towards this as part of the apprenticeship) Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staffProvide expert advice to branch and customers particularly in relation to the implications of relevant legislation.Maintain central register of contractors and ensure that they have the correct qualificationsOversee customer service ensuring works and renewals are carried out in a timely manner and monitor chasing up invoices and inspection of works and Tenancy AgreementsMonitor workloads in order that deadlines are met and service levels are adhered to.Assist with complicated cases and tenancies advising PC, Landlord and Tenant of options along with liaising with Lettings Support Centre and branch Skills and Experience required to be an Apprentice Property Manager.
