AMS is currently seeking self-motivated individuals for an administration role as a Customer Service & Operations Analyst within a leading UK bank based in Northampton This is an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about administration.
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
As a Customer Service & Operations Analyst
We'll look to you to deliver successful outcomes for your customers by processing in an accurate and timely mannerYou'll identify and challenge risk, protecting our customers and businessesYou'll be able to showcase your knowledge and enthusiasm as you deal with a variety of different tasks on a daily basis Your day-to-day will include:
Authorising and processing in line with KPIsFollowing manual processes to reach daily targetsThe skills you'll need In order to excel in this role, you'll work well in a fast-paced environment and have good organisational skills to deliver to deadlines.
