Administration Officer

I am currently looking for an Administrative Officer to join my client based in Greenock, on an ongoing temporary contract.
You will be office based however there is a flexible approach as they are offering hybrid working. Working hours are Monday – Friday working either 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm. Initial start date for this role will be the 6th March. The salary for this position will be GBP10.83 per hour.
You will be responsible for all administrative duties including:
Filing/Scanning documents as they are a paperless officeBeing comfortable using excel, spreadsheets to capture dataTaking minutes/notes from meetings Dealing with onboarding forms/documentationProcessing PVG applications for workersLogging any sickness/holidays of workers on correct systemsAll adhoc administrative duties required throughout the office Having an up to date PVG would be a desirable however not essential as this can be applied for upon starting this role.
