Admin assistant - Glasgow

We are a busy friendly Service Office based in West End Glasgow, we are looking to recruit a person to assist our service team. The position is permanent Mon - Fri 8.00 a.m. - 4.00p.m.
Training will be given on in house systems
Rate of Pay -Up to 22k
Main duties:-
Answering telephone /inbound enquires /making outgoing calls to book in appointments
Allocating calls to Technicians
General Word and Excel duties
Delivering exceptional service and communicating in a clear and concise manner
Keying accurate information into database
Providing customer service excellence at all times
Follow up notes and making diary entries
Essential candidate skills:
Excellent IT skills
Positive attitude
Strong and confident communicator
Polite phone manner
Able to work in a fast paced environment
