Our client is a niche legal practice based in South London that offers comprehensive legal services to a diverse range of clients. They are looking for a reliable, hard working and punctual Admin Assistant Apprentice to assist with the running of their practice and support the legal team with client services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who's looking to get their foot in the door of the legal sector and understand how a law firm operates day-to-day, while building real working experience over the duration of the apprenticeship.
Your duties will include:
Dealing with clients prior to consultations (creating client files, photocopying ID, signing relevant paperwork)Put together legal bundles and organise into the correct orderArchive folders where matters have been closedCommunicate with clients (current and prospective) over telephone and through emailHelp to manage the office diary (client appointments, paperwork, deadlines, court hearing dates)Taking & receiving letters from the post office
Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
